These draft terms apply to use of the FederalCue website and enquiries. FederalCue is a brand operated by Harmony Living Ltd, a UK company and private commercial service.

What we provide

We offer an opportunity-match and bid-prep engagement described on the site for a fixed price of $995. An enquiry is not acceptance of an order. Any engagement will be subject to a written scope, agreed assumptions, and applicable payment terms.

No government affiliation or guarantee

FederalCue is not SAM.gov, SBA, GSA, or the US Government, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Our materials are informational and practical. We do not guarantee eligibility, accuracy of third-party information, selection, contract award, revenue, or any particular business outcome. You remain responsible for decisions, submissions, and verification with official sources.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide information you are entitled to share, review deliverables carefully, and not use the service unlawfully or to misrepresent your affiliation with a government agency. You should obtain legal, tax, procurement, or other professional advice when appropriate.

Intellectual property and liability

Our site, branding, and original materials belong to Harmony Living Ltd or its licensors. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
